- Receive 4-Tier Support System™ guides describing all user level Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCSs) and user level repair SOPs necessary to maintain instrumentation at mission ready state. More...

- Nationwide business hour phone support. Someone to call when you get stuck. Typically simple issues can become large due to user frustration. If questions are answered quickly, issues don’t escalate to a repair or user dissatisfaction. More...
- Tier 3: KD Support Center Repair
- Reduced cost over the OEM for most common repairs. Faster turnaround than most OEMs (typically a maximum of 5 days). Tier 3 support includes repair of most common issues by KD SMEs. These repairs are typically agreed to by KD Analytical and the OEM. More...

- KD SMEs evaluate instruments prior to being sent to OEM and work with OEM to provide correct repair the first time. This approach reduces cost by preventing unneeded and unintended repairs being requested or approved by an inexperienced user. More...
4-Tier Support Packages
BRONZE
Hourly phone support. User pays for a one-hour block of phone support. Pay as you go for any Tier 3 or Tier 4 repairs.
SILVER
Yearly flat fee for Tier 1 and 2 support. User receives guide book and one year of phone support for a flat fee. Pay as you go for any Tier 3 or Tier 4 repairs. Cost is reduced over OEM flat rate support contracts that cover every possible issue. Not ideal for budgeting purposes since true cost is not known in advance.
GOLD
Yearly flat fee for Tier 1 through Tier 4 support. Based on three years of typical historical repair cost for a piece of equipment. Good way to budget for a large number of instruments. Any unused repair budget rolls over to the next year’s service contract. Additional repairs exceeding repair budget will be the responsibility of the customer.
PLATINUM
Yearly flat fee for complete Tier 1 through Tier 4 support. Cost covers any maintenance and support issues for a year. Customizable to include parts, consumables, and loaners. Ideal for budgeting when a firm cost is required. Typically lower cost and more features and benefits than OEM service contracts.
