Introducing ReadiTrak 4.0

KD Analytical is pleased to announce the launch of ReadiTrak 4.0. We have greatly enhanced the site capabilities with the addition of a reporting section and an overhaul of the PMCS section. The reporting section includes instrument status, trouble tickets, resolution, float status, cost, hours and administrative reports. Every report can be printed, exported to Excel or exported to a PDF.

We have also converted the PMCS section to a Forms section enabling us to embed all forms. This increases ReadiTrak's user friendliness for equipment maintenance and continues to streamline the repair process. Several smaller scale changes have also been incorporated into ReadiTrak™ V4.0 including an expanded FAQ section, reorganized contact listings and enhanced trouble ticket functions.
